In this paper,with the use of multivariate regression analysis,the relations between the acute toxicites of Coppeer,Lead and Zine on Daphnia and their morphologies have been studied in the sediments of Le'an River by the acute toxicity tests on hydrobios.

１９９３年和１９９４年對樂安江６個采樣站浮游植物的兩次調(diào)查結(jié)果表明，藻類的群落結(jié)構(gòu)因不同河段水質(zhì)狀況不同而不同：未受礦山廢水污染的上游?？?/u>站，藻類多樣性指數(shù)較高，密度較低，優(yōu)勢種多為清潔神和耐中污的種類，水質(zhì)較好；接納大量礦山及采礦化工廢水和生活污水的沽口站，藻類受到明顯抑制，多樣性指數(shù)極低，耐污種占絕對優(yōu)勢，水質(zhì)極差；隨流程和凈化時間的延長，下游各站藻類的種類、數(shù)量、多樣性指數(shù)、種類數(shù)比均不斷上升，優(yōu)勢比不斷下降，體現(xiàn)出明顯的水質(zhì)凈化趨勢。
