The application of conventional X-ray diffraction,neutron diffraction and synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction techniques in residual stress measurement is introduced.
回顧了近年來以珠光體鋼絲為代表的高強(qiáng)度鋼絲殘余應(yīng)力的數(shù)值模擬及其相關(guān)試驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)展,主要介紹常規(guī)X射線衍射、中子衍射及同步輻射X射線衍射技術(shù)在鋼絲殘余應(yīng)力分析中的應(yīng)用,對(duì)殘余應(yīng)力的來源、測(cè)量原理及其結(jié)果進(jìn)行了討論;簡(jiǎn)述了殘余應(yīng)力對(duì)鋼絲性能,如拉伸、應(yīng)力松馳和環(huán)境促進(jìn)斷裂性能等指標(biāo)的影響,同時(shí)對(duì)通過改變殘余應(yīng)力分布實(shí)現(xiàn)鋼絲性能優(yōu)化的主要工藝進(jìn)行了介紹。
