In this work,isobutyl isobutyrate was prepared by the condensation of two molecular isobutyraldehyde in the presence of aluminium isobutoxide catalyst system.
依據(jù)間歇反應(yīng)所得一系列數(shù)據(jù) ,確定了異丁醛連續(xù)縮合反應(yīng)工藝流程 ;考察了以異丁醛為原料 ,在 5~10℃ ,停留時(shí)間 1 5~ 2h ,在異丁氧基鋁催化體系作用下 ,兩分子異丁醛縮合成一分子異丁酸異丁酯 ;脫除催化劑后 ,粗產(chǎn)品精制得到純度≥ 99 5 %的異丁酸異丁酯 ,異丁醛的轉(zhuǎn)化率≥ 98 5 % ,異丁酸異丁酯的選擇性≥95 %。
