Nano fluorescent powder of Y 4Al 2O 9: Eu 3+ is synthesized by sol gel method.
用溶膠 -凝膠法 (sol gel)制備了納米熒光粉Y4Al2 O9:Eu3 + ,用X射線粉晶衍射對(duì)其進(jìn)行了物相鑒定 ,表明在 90 0℃已經(jīng)得到純相的Y4Al2 O9產(chǎn)物 ,并用透射電鏡對(duì)其進(jìn)行形貌和衍射分析 ,分析結(jié)果證明得到的產(chǎn)物為納米粉末態(tài)晶體 ,產(chǎn)物Y4Al2 O9:Eu3 + 粒徑均勻 ,大致在 2 0~ 5 0nm之間 ,平均粒徑為 30nm 。
