In order to determine RSD infection levels and provide information for developing healthy seedcane in Wengyuan sugarcane regions,232 stalk samples were randomly taken from sugarcane fields in this region and tested using Dot Blot Enzyme linked Immuno Assay(DB-EIA).
為了明確粵北翁源蔗區(qū)甘蔗 RSD 的發(fā)生情況,給健康種苗生產(chǎn)提供科學依據(jù),本文應用斑點酶鏈免疫試驗(Dot Blot Enzyme linked Immuno Assay,DB-EIA),對隨機采于翁源蔗區(qū)的232個蔗莖樣品進行檢測。
It is presented in this paper the necessity, the connotation and the significance of sustainable development impact assessment on the basis of objective analysis of the function and the limitation of construction project EIA in force in our country.
提出應積極試行戰(zhàn)略EIA,并在其指導下進行項目EIA;廣泛開展區(qū)域EIA,并在其基礎上進行后續(xù)項目EIA;加速推行自然資源開發(fā)利用、管理決策的可持續(xù)環(huán)境影響評價;以可持續(xù)發(fā)展原理為指導,改進、擴展與完善現(xiàn)行項目EIA。
