In this paper,technology of blended various length staple fibers processing together was studied,60Nm ramie/vinylon/polyester/cotton fibers blended yarn was formed on the roving frame by mixing the cotton/polyester short fibers slivers and ramie/vinylon long fibers slivers together.
通過對長短纖維紡紗的工藝路線及關(guān)鍵工序的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究和創(chuàng)新,在苧麻粗紗機(jī)上將滌/棉短纖維條與麻/維長纖維條進(jìn)行復(fù)合,紡出60Nm麻/維/滌/棉長短纖維復(fù)合紗。
