Influencing factors and the change of the water activity aw of solid state culture medium by using agricultural by products and forest fiber such as bran to produce cellulase in closed rotating axis solid state fermentation bioreactor is introduced in the paper, and it also introduces the effect of aw on the microbial growth and the production of the cellulase.
