本文對(duì)我國(guó)高粱種子不同部位的原花青素的含量以及高粱主產(chǎn)地高粱種子外種皮中原花青素的含量進(jìn)行了測(cè)定 ;用水和不同濃度梯度的甲醇、乙醇、丙酮水溶液作提取劑 ,對(duì)黑龍江產(chǎn)高粱種子外種皮中原花青素的提取率進(jìn)行了比較 ,選用乙醇水溶液 (5 0∶5 0V/V)作提取劑 ,通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化 ;采用固相萃取的方法對(duì)黑龍江產(chǎn)高粱種子外種皮提取物中原花青素進(jìn)行純化 ,產(chǎn)物純度為 96 。
